Weekend Project: Hallway Stencil

I’ve had a project on my mind for a while now.  My little house has a narrow hallway that runs from the living room to the bathroom in the back of the house.  It’s a small space at the center of  my home so I’m looking to bring a little more oomph to it without making it overwhelming.

After seeing these great projects over on A Beautiful Mess (click images for the project details) I think I’ve found the oomph I was looking for.  Stencils are back right?

Conor and I painted the hallway a couple of weeks ago so I just need to settle on a design and a stencil paint color (white? gold?) and tackle it this weekend. I’ll keep you updated if it turns out to be a success. If not, we’ll pretend this never happened ok?
