Farmer’s Market Rainbows
Every time I go to the farmer’s market, I get so overwhelmed by all of the beautiful fresh produce that I can’t decide what to buy or what to make with the ingredients. So I usually just take pictures.
Rainbow chard and rainbow carrots sound like a unicorn’s diet, but make for great high fiber summer side dishes. Golden beets look like the last snap of the sunset and taste like the earth, and apparently squash blossoms are tasty when stuffed with chevre cheese, dipped in egg batter and fried!
