Instagram Weekend: Pets and Sounds

Hi Everyone! Gretchen is back with us today to share an eventful weekend full of cavorting and poodles. I know I’m jealous since my weekend will consist of Spring cleaning and possibly some car shopping. While that’s somewhat exciting, it also stresses me out to no end. Does anyone else feel like the week went by fast yet took forever at the same time? I’m in an inarticulate mood at the moment but I’m hoping you know what I mean. Also, I can certainly attest to the fact that Gretchen didn’t spend all of her time in the library. Watch out now. Happy Friday!

I felt like I was in college again, really. Although the editors of this blog will probably tell you that I spent my formative years in the library, I was known for a wild night or two. This weekend I saw my dear friends’ very loud band; drank a fair amount of beverages with my gentlemanfriend; and went for a long, hungover Sunday morning walk in my suburban neighborhood. It was on that walk that I met my neighbors and their delightful poodles, Sebastian and Fannie Mae. S & FM are barkers. “They’re really sweet, but they sometimes scare people,” I was told. I asked to take their photo, a request their owner obliged. After a good 10 minutes of wrangling, I made two furry new friends with my iPhone. Then I went to Walgreens to buy ramen. I chased the soup with a nap.
