Holiday Hangover: Kelly Green
Every year, when St. Patrick’s Day rolls around, I feel like the only things in my wardrobe to help me get festive are a couple of ratty t-shirts I only wear to sleep in, and one that Jessie and I made for a pub crawl one year. Our belief that we’re hilarious + iron on letters always equals a good time. That’s the one I went with again this year BTW.
Anyway, seeing all that green right outside my door reminded me that green is an underappreciated member of the rainbow and I need to give it a little more respect. Obviously, I’m not going to rock it head to toe but, I think it looks great with neutrals like white, gold, navy, and black. Everything in moderation people. Here are a few bits of inspiration for getting some life into your Spring wardrobe after weeks of dark colors and overcoats.
Happy Spring! I think this is the first equinox in a long time where the Boston weather has been seasonally appropriate. Bring on the upper 70′s!
