Instagram Weekend: A Warm Weekend In Denver!

This past weekend was beautiful! I couldn’t ask for a better weekend to have as my first post. I kind of ended up all over the place except for outside. Initially, I was supposed to work but, it quickly turned into a shopping spree and time with my favorite toddler! Since moving to Denver back in ’08 I have been meaning to hit the shops on South Broadway. Now that I am creeping up on four years here, I figured it was finally time.

Work turned into brunch with great friends and funny coffee mugs. I finally stopped into the cute little plant shop and proudly left with my first house plant (I might have named it Margot). As fun as shopping is, there is nothing more fun than having the pleasure of watching a toddler. Later that evening I headed over to babysit for a friend. Of course most of the fun came from us making funny sounds and cracking up at them. I think the baby’s laughs really made my weekend complete. That, and finishing up my favorite book by Vonnegut.
